The Hard Rock Tulsa Hotel and Casino's completed renovation of its buffet dining area. The 15,015-square-foot space with seating capacity of approximately 250 underwent a complete interior demolition and new construction. The food service area is outfitted with all new equipment and boasts many exciting dining features consisting of: international cuisine stations including Mexican, American, BBQ, Asian, Italian, new brick oven for pizza, dessert station, and “make your own” ice cream and root beer float area. New interior design features include guitars designed by Cherokee artists. Cherokee National Treasure and artist, Roger Cain, designed the 35-foot radius wall with daisy chain art.
