Premiere Rehabilitation & Wellness Center (PRWC) in Lancaster, CA is a 170 bed medical model skilled nursing facility.  PRWC creates a nurturing and caring environment for seniors to heal, rejuvenate, and experience quality of life with 24-hour licensed nursing.

The one story stucco building is designed into three nursing units, one of which is an acute care unit.  Each wing is served by a nursing station no more than 150 feet from the furthest patient unit. Three courtyards are located throughout the building, bringing in light to the corridors and providing a space for residents to connect with nature.  The rotunda living room opens directly to a courtyard and is seen from the dining room.

A physical therapy unit is located adjacent to the lobby and features an occupational therapy room for rehabilitating seniors to everyday activities such as navigating the kitchen and using appliances. Other features include a beauty salon and activity rooms.
