The design intent of Stoneridge Creek was to provide a peaceful, homelike environment that would promote a sense of security with a feeling of ambiance.  It was important that residents be able to access common spaces as easily as possible given their limited mobility.

 

The skilled nursing facility is a specialized wing located on the 1st Floor.  The health center also has accommodations for assisted living on the 1st and 2nd floors and a memory care wing with a courtyard on the 1st floor.  Rehabilitation space for SNF patients features a physical therapy room, activity and game area, and plenty of nursing stations to meet the needs of the patients.

The building features a common courtyard accessible from the main lobby and dining spaces. The assisted living wing has a private courtyard with two shaded areas.  Also, an expansive trellis located near the SNF wing will serve as a breezeway and a cool, relaxing place to connect with nature.
