Utica Park consists of two medical office building located near Hillcrest Medical Center.  These office buildings became the “designed porto type” for all future HMC medical office buildings.  The floor plans are flexible as the physicians need change.  Surface parking is located on-site with easy drop-off and pick up; a parking garage is located nearby that connects to the hospital by a tunnel.
